So simple, and yet rare to find a proper locus classicus.

The classic three-olive vodka Martini ~  3 ingredients, (one of which is ice), and to find one made proper and balanced, is quite rare... Stay tuned and we'll find a bartender or two, that do it right....
Favorite vodkas for a 'Tini:  Belvedere, Chopin, (for a smooth experience)... Ciroc, (smooth w/ a grapeyness note is desired)  and Kettle or Stoli (if more of a bite is desired).
